Ingredients:
  • 5.2 Oz. Sugar 150g
  • 3.5 Oz. Egg white 100g
  • A little Vanilla extract
  • Food color : Super red, Neon bright green, leaf green, Sky blue, Golden yellow, Brown (a small amount each) ※ Food color cannot be measured accurately.
  • Paper straw
Directions:

After mixing egg white and sugar, put it in boiling water and stir to raise the temperature to 55-60℃.

Add lemon juice and make meringue.

Add vanilla extract and mix.

Divide the meringue and mix the colors.

Fix the paper straw with the meringue on the Teflon sheet and pipe it.

Decorate with sprinkles and bake in a 90℃ oven for at least 2 hours until completely dry.
