Buffalo Tenderloins

Buffalo tenderloins are an amazing match of flavors for a perfect dinner. This marinated tenderloin is spicy, fried, crispy, and ultimately delicious.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Piece Beef Tenderloins
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/5 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Bacon
  • 1 Cup Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup Onion
  • 6 Oz. Spinach
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Piece Butternut squash with taco
  • 2 Tbsp Jalapeno grits
  • 1 Tbsp Smoky chili aioli
  • 1 Tbsp Pickled tomato
Directions:

Take the tenderloin marinated for 48 hours in maple syrup, black pepper, red pepper flakes, sage, thyme, shallot, and garlic.

Clean and portion the tenderloins. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to the hot pan and sear on both sides. Roast them in the oven at 450°F/232°C for about 5 minutes.

Put some oil on a hot pan and fry bacon, shallot to golden color, and then add spinach. Saute a for a little.

Deep fry the butternut squash taco.

In the middle of the plate put jalapeno grits, sauteed vegetables, and the fried taco. Cut the tenderloin from edge to edge and place on the greens.

Add smoky chili aioli and pico de gallo and garnish with flowers. Enjoy!
