Buffalo Taco

Warm tortillas sizzle softly in the pan, filling the air with the comforting scent of toasted corn. Meanwhile, tender buffalo slices cook to perfection, releasing a hearty aroma that mingles with the vibrant heat of fresh jalapeños. As the buffalo is layered onto the tortillas, it’s generously topped with a fusion of spicy chili aioli, tangy blue cheese dressing, and a touch of sweet ketchup, each bite promising a burst of bold flavors.

Fresh pico de gallo and crumbled Cotija add a vibrant, zesty note, balanced by the earthy crunch of roasted pumpkin seeds. A final touch of pickled red onion and a squeeze of lime give these tacos a mouthwatering tang, bringing a fresh, complex twist to this buffalo-inspired creation.
