Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Pork Chops
  • 1 lb. Green Onion (scallions)
  • 1 tbsp. [Marinate] Cooking Rice Wine
  • 1 tbsp. [Marinate] Soy Sauce
  • 1 count [Marinate] Egg
  • 0.25 cup [Marinate] Corn Starch
  • 2 tbsp. Yellow Cooking Wine
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Water

Use a meat mallet to tenderize the meat. Add cooking rice wine, soy sauce, egg and corn starch to marinate.

Deep fry pork chops until they are golden brown, and put aside to drain the oil.

Heat 1/4 lb green onions to extract scallion oil.

Put the rest of the whole green onions in the wok, add yellow cooking wine, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and water.

Put the fried cutlets on top the green onions, add Yellow Cooking Wine, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Water and braise for 5 minutes until it’s thickened and fully absorbed. Wok-flip the chops and scallions and serve.
