Ingredients:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 oz. onion, diced
  • 10 oz. cooked brown rice
  • 1 oz. carrot, diced
  • 1 oz. corn kernels
  • 1 oz. peas
  • 1 tbsp. green onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 lb. BBQ pork

In a medium bowl, beat eggs with a fork. In a pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and pour in the beaten eggs, and scramble until fragrant. Then, add diced onion and diced carrots, and stir to mix well.

Add cooked brown rice and corn kernels to the same wok. Stir-fry until mixed thoroughly.

Add peas in the same wok and stir-fry quickly. Season the fried rice with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Quickly stir to combine and cook for a minute more. Remove from heat and transfer onto a serving bowl.
