Final Notes
Final Notes
Enoki, also known as “golden needle mushrooms” (jin-zhen-gu) in Chinese, is available in most Chinese/Japanese/Korean supermarkets. Mirin is a type of rice wine similar to sake, but with a lower alcohol content and higher sugar content. You can find it in Asian supermarket or order it online.
