Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 3 medium Potatoes, diced
  • 9 oz. Ham, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh peas
  • 1 tsp. Sesame oil

Peel and cut the potato into about 0.5-inch cubes. Soak in cold water and set aside.

Cut ham into about 0.5-inch cubes.

Drain potato cubes from water. In a large cooking pan over medium heat, add oil and potato cubes, stir fry for 2-3 minutes until transparent, then stir in ham cubes, Shaoxing cooking wine, chicken broth, salt, and sugar. (The potato must be fully cooked and flavored. Quickly cook peas to maintain the freshness)

Turn the heat to medium-low, simmer for 8-10 minutes until the potato cubes are.

Add fresh peas and sesame oil, gently stir for about a minute.
