  • 10 oz. Cooked Pork Belly
  • 1 tbsp. Pickled Garlic
  • 2 oz. Pickled Red Chili
  • 1 oz. Pickled Green Pepper
  • 1 oz. Pickled Ginger
  • 1 oz. Pickled Garlic Stems
  • For the Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 0.5 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tsp. Sugar

Slice cooked pork belly into large thin pieces.

Cut all pickled vegetable into appropriate pieces.

In a large wok, at high heat, add about 1 tbsp oil and pork belly pieces, and stir fry until sizzling.
