  • 2 Large Tomato
  • 1/4 Large Onion
  • 1/4 Large Green onion
  • 2 Large Garlic
  • 3 Large Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp. Starch

Cut the tomatoes in the middle, slice the garlic and the green onion. Dice the onion finely.

Put the tomatoes into boiling water. When cooked for a few minutes, take them out into cold water and take away the skin.

Whisk the eggs and mix with salt and starch. Prepare scrambled eggs and them aside.

Fry the green onion and season with sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper.

Then add the scrambled eggs and fry them together.
