Korean Spicy noodles with Beef Brisket

Beef brisket spicy noodles! The recipe for getting your appetite back. We added the beef brisket to the sweet and sour spick noodles. Ingredients:
  • 7 oz. Korean noodles(or Somyeon)
  • 3.5 oz. Beef brisket
  • 1/2 Large Cucumber
  • 1/2 Large Green onion
  • 3 Large Lettuce
  • 1/2 Large Red onion
  • Sesame seed
  • Salt
  • Spicy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Gochujang(Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame oil
Directions:

Shred the cucumber and large green onion into 5 centimeters and put the green onion into cold water.

Get rid of beef brisket blood by putting it onto a kitchen towel. Put ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Put mid-size noodles into boiling water and stir them so that it does not stick with each other. When water boils add half a cup of cold water 3~4 times.

Get rid of the starch on the noodles by washing them in running cold water and putting them into a tray for drying.

Add the beef brisket into a hot pan with some salt and cook.

Add the sauce with noodles and mix. Add blue lettuce and mix lightly.

Onto a plate, add the spicy noodle with beef brisket, sliced cucumber, green onion, red pepper, and sesame. (Based on your preference, you can add vegetables, such as chicory and perilla leaf.
