Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Chili
  • 1.5 tbsp. Curry Powder
  • 1.5 tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 550 g Brussels Sprout
  • 1 cup Potato
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1.5 cup Chicken Stock
  • 0.3 cup Raisin
  • 1 cup Banana
  • 0.5 count Lemon
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Clean and halve Brussels sprouts. Chop potato, celery and onion.

Warm the pan with medium-high heat, add olive oil, chopped onion and chili.  And fry until sauté. Then sprinkle curry powder, keep fry.

In the same pan, whisk tomato paste and brown sugar, fry a while. Add Brussels sprout, chopped potato and chopped celery in the pan. Pour in vegetable stock. Sprinkle some raisin. Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.

Put sliced banana in the pan, and add lemon juice. After 10 minutes, pour heavy cream. Garnish with parsley.
