Seared Steak Rice Bowl

The steak rice bowl is a big beef steak on top of the rice with tasty sauce and garlic chips which will reduce the greasy taste perfectly collaborate. Delicious steak rice bowl that even makes you dance.

Ingredients:
  • For the Steak:
  • 10.5 Oz. Beef sirloin
  • 3 Bowls Steamed rice
  • 8 Cloves Garlic
  • A handful of Chives
  • 1/2 Large Onion
  • 2 sprig Rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Mustard, to taste
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp Cooking wine
  • 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • Pepper, to taste
Directions:

Use a paper towel to remove the beef blood. Season it with salt, pepper, and olive oil and leave it for 10 mins.

Slice the onion and garlic into thin pieces and put in in the water and wipe the moisture off with a kitchen towel. Wash the chives and cut them in 3cm.

Apply oil on a pan and fry the garlic.

Put the beef on the pan. When one side of the meat is ready, flip it and bake it for 2 more mins. Then cover it with baking paper. (Cut the steak after leaving it in the baking paper for 5 mins. It will make more juicy steak

Apply sauce on a pan, and boil it for 2 mins.

Cut the steak into edible size.

Put the rice in a bowl, spread the sauce, put chives and onions, then put the steak on top with the leftover sauces and garlic chips. (You can eat this with sliced radish or wasabi if you like.)
