Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Dried Shrimp
  • 1 cup Cooking Wine
  • Tiger Prawn Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 8 oz. Tiger Prawns, Peeled And Deveined
  • 1 tbsp. Red Wine
  • 0.5 cup Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Parsley
  • 2 cup Round Grain Rice
  • 1 cup Long-grain Fragrant Rice
  • 3 cup Water
  • Rice Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 0.96 tsp. Salt
  • 1 count Tomato
  • 1 oz. Oyster Mushroom, Diced
  • 1 oz. Carrot, Diced
  • 1 oz. Corn Kernel
  • 2 oz. Sausage, Diced
  • 1 oz. Sponge Melon, Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Shallot, Chopped
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sugar, A Pinch
  • 1 tsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 count Red Chili, Chopped
  • 0.5 stalk Green Onion, Finely Chopped

Peel sponge melon and dice oyster mushroom, carrot, and sausage. Set aside.

Soak dried shrimp in cooking wine for 1 hour to soften and remove fishy taste.

In a cooking pan over medium heat, melt butter, add garlic and onion, and saute until fragrant.

Add tiger prawn, stir fry until prawns turn color; then add red wine, a pinch of black pepper, and parsley. Stir to mix well. Remove from heat, set aside.

Add both rice into the rice cooker and mix thoroughly; add water, a pinch of black pepper, stir a few times; place a small tomato at the center on top of rice.

Then put in the following one by one to form a pie sections pattern: sponge melon, oyster mushroom, carrots, corn kernels, sausage, and shrimps; then scatter the soften dried shrimps on top; close the lid and cook accordingly. (Follow the instructions that come with your rice cooker.)

In the meanwhile prepare sauce, heat up a cooking pan, add 1 tablespoon cooking oil, garlic, and shallots. Fry until fragrant.

Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white vinegar, a few pieces chili pepper, and green onion. Cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Put in a bowl.

Open this rice cooker lid when it has done, add the sauce. (Tip: according to your preference of taste, do not have to add all).

Break the tomato, stir and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
