  • 0.25 head Green cabbage
  • 0.25 head Purple cabbage
  • 2 tbsp. Hazelnut, roasted and chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Soy sauce (45 g) [Sauce]
  • 3 tbsp. Rice vinegar (45 g) [Sauce]
  • 3 tbsp. Almond [Sauce]

Cut the cabbage into quarters. Take 1 quarter of green and purple cabbage each. Separate the cabbage leaves carefully.

Coarsely chop the almond.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and almond mixture. Blend them in a food processor until the texture is smooth.

In a heated skillet over medium heat, add butter and sauté the cabbages until soften.

Place the sautee cabbages on a serving plate. Top with some chopped hazelnut and drizzle with some dressing sauce.
