Ingredients:
  • 4 cup cooked rice
  • 1 oz. shredded onion
  • 2 oz. sliced mushroom
  • 7 oz. shredded beef
  • 1 oz. shredded bell pepper
  • 1/2 oz. green onion
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • tbsp. white wine
  • 1 tbsp. garlic butter
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • American cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard, for serving

Use a bun size cake mold ring to make rice bun. Place mold ring on cutting board, brush some water on cutting board surface within mold, put 1 cup of cooked rice inside mold ring and shape rice into a bun.

Set burner at low to medium heat. Using a large non-stick frying pan, add 1 tsp olive oil, place rice bun in the middle and cook for about 1 minute. Brush soy sauce on top of rice bun, turn over rice bun, cook for about 30 seconds, and brush soy sauce on top of rice bun.

Set burner at medium heat. Using large a non-stick frying pan, add garlic butter, onion, and mushroom; stir well. Then add wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar; stir well. Add shredded beef, bell pepper and green onion. Continue to cook till beef is done.

Place one rice bun on plate, layer cheese, cooked beef mixture, one slice tomato, lettuce, dressing and mustard dressing; place another rice bun on top.
