This is a really tasty cookie you were looking for. This is the most delicious recipe in my opinion. It doesn’t shatter too weakly but has moderate rigidity. And it doesn’t feel too heavy, hard, or powdery. I also made a variation of chocolate flavor and matcha flavor, however, the plain flavor is the most delicious because the butter has the richest flavor. I hope you enjoy it!
