Add yogurt and water. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.

Add olive oil. Knead until the dough is smooth. Cover and rise until double size.

After about 1.5 hours. Sprinkle some dry flour, then deflate the air bubbles. Move the dough aboard. Flatten the dough into a circle.
Divide into 8 equal parts.

Take a piece of dough and shape it into a bowl. Repeat the same steps with the other pieces of dough.

Cover well and don't let the dough dry.
Take a piece of dough, and flatten it with your hand.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
The diameter of the dough is about 10-12cm. Repeat.

Fry on medium heat.
Fry for about 45 seconds or until there are air bubbles then flip.
Fry for about 45 seconds after flipping.
When you flip it over it inflates like a balloon!
