Fried Noodles & Rice With XO Sauce

These are two easy stir fry recipes wtih XO sauce. All the ingredients used in the noodles and rice recipe are fairly common and easily accessible at the supermarkets. Ingredients:
  • For The Noodles
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 2 oz. Julienne Ham
  • 2 oz. Carrot, Shredded
  • 2 oz. Cabbage, shredded
  • 6 oz. Cooked Noodles
  • 1 oz. Soybean Sprout
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Xo Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Julienne Green Onion ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ
  • For The Rice
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 3 large Egg
  • 1 stalk of Sausage
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Peas and Diced Carrot mix
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Xo Sauce

In a skillet over medium heat, add two tablespoons of cooking oil, then add shredded ham, shredded carrot and shredded cabbage. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Continue to stir in the cooked noodles, soy bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, XO sauce and shredded green onion.

Turn up the heat to high. Quickly stir fry the ingredients several times and the dish is finished. Best served fresh from the pan.

The XO sauce has a savory taste. Carefully control the amount of other seasonings to avoid making the dish too salty.

In a skillet over medium heat, add two tablespoon of cooking oil. Add eggs and scramble until they are well cooked.

Add sliced sausages and stir fry them for 2 minutes. Add cooked rice, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry once more until all the ingredients are completely mixed, then continue stirring in the green peas, diced carrots, finely shredded green onions and XO sauce until mixed well. The dish is ready to be served.
