Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Sole Fish Fillet
  • 2 oz Onion, Diced
  • 3.5 oz Fresh Tomato, Diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 count Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 oz Tomato Paste
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.7 oz Butter

Cut fish into 1-2 inch pieces.

In a large bowl, mix fish pieces with ¼ tsp salt , egg and ½ tbsp cornstarch, until all pieces are evenly coated. Tips: this step is to keep the meat moist during cooking and make flavor of salt penetrate into meat.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter, onion and fresh tomato, stir fry until fragrant.

Add fish pieces, stir fry until all fish pieces turn to white.
