Ingredients:
- 1 Russet Potato
- 0.5 cup Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 0.5 cup Flour
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Green Red Chili
- 2 tbsp. Onion
- 1 tbsp. Scallion
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 2.5 tbsp. Soy Sauce

Step 1

Peel and grate a potato. Place them into a mixing bowl.

In the same mixing bowl, add minced onion, egg, salt, pepper and flour; mix together. Set aside.

Add olive oil into a skillet. Pour the potato puree into the skillet. Fry still golden brown. Set aside.

To make the sauce: Add mince green and red pepper, sliced onion, scallion, lemon juice, sugar, and soy sauce. Mix together.
