Ingredients:
  • 10.5 oz. Salmon
  • 1.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Lemon zest
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/8 cup Sugar
  • 150 g Fettuccine
  • 100 g Peas

Remove salmon skin. Cut salmon fillet into bite sizes. Set aside.

Add heavy cream in a skillet. Add lemon juice. Bring it to boil. Add chili powder, sugar and chopped salmon fillet. Stir occasionally. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Cook the fettuccine in a saucepan of lightly salted boiling water for 5 minutes or according to the package directions, until tender. Add peas into the saucepan.

Transfer the fettuccine and peas into skillet. Add lemon zest, stir-fry.
