Ingredients:

9 oz. Beef Flank Steak
ㅤ Marinade
1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Large Egg
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
1 tsp. Cooking Oil
ㅤ Seasoning
1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
2 tbsp. Garlic, Sliced
1 tbsp. Ginger, Sliced
1/4 cup Green Onions
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1.5 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 cup Onion
2 tbsp. Carrot
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Cornstarch Slurry (1 to 2 Ratio of Cornstarch to Water)
9 oz. Dried Noodles

Directions:

Step 1

Cut and mash the beef.

Step 2

Add all 【Marinade】ingredients, Mix well.

Step 3

Pour the oil over medium heat, put the beef in the pan and fry until the color changes.

Step 4

Then add and fry with the garlic slices, ginger slices and green onion. Then add chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.

Step 5

After boiling, add onions, carrot slices, green bell peppers and red bell peppers. Boil over high heat and then thicken the soup to complete.

Step 6

Pour the thin noodles into the boiling water, cook for 30-40 seconds, quickly pick up and put them in a bowl.

Pour the cooked beef and stir evenly with the noodles.
