Ingredients:
  • 0.5 oz. Medium Size Shrimps, Peeled And Deveined
  • 3 oz. Raw Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • 1 oz. Chili Peppers (Red and Greens), Chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.5 tbsp. Starch and Water Mixture

Fry cashew in low temperature till golden.

Heat a large skillet at high, add about 1 tbsp oil, and stir in garlic and chili peppers till fragrant.

Add shrimps and light soy sauce, and stir fry till shrimps turn pink and cooked.

Add starch and water mixture, and mix quickly till shrimps are well glazed.
