Ingredients:
  • 5 oz. Ground Pork  
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine 
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 tsp. White Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt
  • 1 count Egg
  • 7 oz. Fried Gluten Balls  
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 3 stalks Green Onion, chopped [Seasoning]
  • 2 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine [Seasoning]
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce [Seasoning]
  • 1.5 tbsp. Rock Sugar [Seasoning]
  • 3 cup Water
  • 0.5 tsp. White Pepper [Seasoning]

Marinate grounded pork with minced ginger, green onion, Shaoxing wine, sugar, pepper, salt, and egg. Mix them well together.

Stuff fried gluten balls with marinated ground pork.

Add pieced green onions in a heated work, drizzle Shaoxing wine, and quickly stir fry until it smells fragrant.

Add stuffed gluten balls, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and sugar, and water. The water should be enough to half cover the gluten balls.

Stew for 10 minutes with the lid on.

Add white pepper and continue to stew over higher heat for a few mintues until the sauce is almost absorbed by gluten balls.
