  • 1 fillet Chicken Breast, Minced
  • tbsp Shaoxing Wine
  • cup Water
  • 【For The Dried White Tofu】 ㅤ ㅤ
  • 5 oz White Bean Curd
  • 2 oz Peeled Shrimp
  • 1 oz Winter Bamboo, Julienned
  • 1 oz King Wah Shredded Ham, Julienned
  • 1 oz Cooked Chicken Breast Shreds
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Fat
  • tsp White Pepper
  • tsp Salt

Add all the [For The Whole Chicken] ingredients and simmer 6 hours.

Once the stock is cooled, strain the stock into individual containers.
