Ingredients:
  • 10.5 oz. Beef Tenderloin (Or Other Steak Cut, Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes)
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
  • 1 pinch Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Onion, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Carrot, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

In a bowl, combine the cubed beef along with salt, black pepper, and corn starch. Mix well to combine and allow the beef to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat a wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add vegetable oil, fry the beef on one side until golden brown, and then flip each piece and fry the other side until browned. Drizzle with shaoxing wine and set aside.

In the same wok, combine the butter and flour and stir to mix well. Add minced garlic, onions, carrots, parsley, and stir-fry to ensure everything cooks evenly.

When the onions start becoming translucent, add the worcestershire sauce, water, sugar, black pepper, and soy sauce. Stir constantly and add beef back into the wok. Toss everything together until the black pepper beef is shiny and evenly coated with sauce. Enjoy!
