Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lb. Beef Chuck
  • 2 count Potato
  • 1 oz. Garlic
  • 2 oz. Red Onion
  • 1.5 oz. Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Green onion
  • 1.5 oz. Tomato
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 0.5 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Chef Made Peppercorn Oil
  • 4 cup Water
  • 4 oz. Carrot

Cut beef into chunks

Fried Garlic and drain it for use (Oil Temp 120 - 150 ℃ / 250 - 300 ℉)

In a pot with little oil, stir fry the beef chunks till turn color.

Sprinkle with cooking wine, add chopped onion and tomatoes, and stir fry a little while.

Sprinkle with Chef made peppercorn oil, add red wine, ketch tomato paste, chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and water. Stir well.

Add carrot chunks, fried garlic, and potato.

Cover the pot and stew for one hour.
