This Korean Steamed Egg recipe is the third in a row of simple egg recipes. It is very easy and quick to prepare, you just need some beaten eggs and vegetables and steam it on water. Ideal for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients:
  • 8 Large Egg
  • 1 Cup Kelp stock
  • 1/4 Large Carrot, diced
  • 1/4 Large Onion, diced
  • 3 Large Green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 Tsp Salt
Directions:

Beat the eggs in a bowl with chopsticks and put them through a strainer. Mix seasoning ingredients and kelp water well to make an egg mixture and mix them with vegetables.

Lightly apply cooking oil to the bottom of a wide square container, pour the egg mixture in, remove any foam that comes up to the surface, and put a wrap over it.

Pour water into the pot enough to not submerge the container, cover the pot until it starts to boil, and add the container. Steam for 20-25 minutes over medium-low heat.

Turn it upside down on the cutting board, cut it into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
