Ingredients:
  • 21.1 Oz. Pork belly
  • 1 Large Green onion
  • 1/2 Large Onion
  • Sesame seeds
  • Gochujang Sauce:
  • 3 Tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Red pepper powder
  • 3 Tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 Tbsp Corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger powder
  • Pepper
  • Green Onion Sauce:
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Sesame seeds
Directions:

Mix the ingredients for the Gochujang sauce.

Pour the sauce on the pork belly slices and paste on them properly.

Slice the onion and the green onion.

Prepare the green onion sauce. Mix the sesame oil, vinegar, and soy sauce.

Mix the sliced onion and green onion with the sauce. Then add sesame seeds and salt.

Put the pork slices on a frying pan and fry them until they are soft.

Serve the fried pork belly pieces with the green onion salad. Enjoy!
