Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lb. Beef Short Rib
  • 0.1 tbsp. Cooking oil 
  • 0.3 cup Garlic
  • 1 lb. Potato
  • 5 oz. Onion
  • 5 oz. Tomato
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • 1.5 tsp. Black pepper powder
  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup Red wine
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 stalk Rosemary
  • 1 stalk Thyme
  • 0.1 tsp. Salt

Cube the potato by rotating it.

Cut the onion in squares.

Cut tomato, large green onion, and chili.

Fry garlic until brown in oil at 250-300°F / 120-150°C temp.

Fry potatoes to golden brown: Oil temperature: 120-150°C/250-300°F

Pan fry the ribs (brown both sides) and add the following ingredients: ①Onion ②Tomato ③Black pepper power ④Chinese rice wine ⑤Tomato paste ⑥Shaoxing wine ⑦Sugar ⑧Water ⑨Honey Add a little bit of water, then add fried garlic and potato.

In the end, add rosemary and thyme and put on the lid stew for 90 minutes, then add black pepper and salt. It’s ready to serve.
