Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Beef, sliced thinly and pounded
  • Marinade
  • 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 count Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Starch
  • Asian Orange Sauce
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. White wine
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 0.1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Custard Powder
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Ketchup
  • 0.5 count Fresh Lemon
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1 oz. Onion
  • 1 oz. Bell pepper
  • 1 oz. Green Onion
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 0.5 count Fresh Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt

In a bowl, mix beef and all of the ingredients for marinating the beef thoroughly.

In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients for Asian orange sauce.

Spread a thin layer cooking oil on one end of the Teppanyaki plate, and cook beef over a medium heat until well done.

At the other end of Teppanyaki plate, add cooking oil and stir-fry all chopped vegetables until mixed well.

Mix vegetables and beef together until nearly cooked.

Add Asian orange sauce and cook until well mixed and add black pepper. Mix well.
