  • 1 tbsp. Mashed Garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 1/2 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 3 oz. Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Red Thai Chili Peppers
  • Garnish
  • 1 tsp. Green Onion, Chopped

First chop the fermented black soybean with a knife.

Put the fermented black soybean in a pot over medium heat, pour cooking oil, and stir-fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes. Take out for use.

Add the fried fermented black soybean, oyster sauce, sugar, Shaoxing cooking wine, white pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, mix evenly and marinate for 15-20 minutes
