Ingredients:
  • 14 oz. Beef Flank Steak
  • Marinade
  • 1 pcs Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 3 oz. Onion, chopped
  • 1 oz. Green onion, chopped
  • 3 oz. Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 oz. Leeks, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. Water
  • 3 oz. Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 oz. Carrot, sliced
  • 4 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Minced ginger
  • 2 pcs Dried chilis
  • 1 oz. Small Red Fresh Chili
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 pcs Cilantro

Thinly slice the beef into 1x2-inch pieces.

Marinate the beef: In a mixing bowl, combine beef with [Marinade] ingredients. Toss to coat evenly. Set aside.

Prepare sauce: In a bowl, combine all the [Sauce] ingredients, Blend completely. Set aside.

On the heated Tappen top, pour cooking oil to grease the entire cooking surface. Then add the following vegetables: chopped onion, chopped green garlic, chopped green onion, sliced carrot, chopped broccoli, and chopped bell pepper.

Stir-fry the veggie for several minutes until 80% done. Then push the vegetable to the side.

Add a couple of oil again, saute the marinated beef until no longer pink.

Then add garlic cloves, minced ginger, dried chili, small red fresh chili, small green fresh chili, and cooking wine.

Add prepared sauce and cilantro, stir and toss to cook for 1 minute.
