  • 1 tsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
  • 2 tbsp. Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Zhengjiang Sweet Black Vinegar

  • 3 oz. Broccoli
  • 1 small Carrot, Julienned Into 1-inch Strips
  • 2 stalks Julienne Green Onion

Use baking soda and salt to wash the shrimps. Remove the unclean debris from the shrimps, then wash them with water, and blot the water with paper towels. (It is best to use ice water when cleaning fresh shrimps to maintain the tenderness of the shrimp meat.)
