Ingredients:

  • Marinade
  • 1.5 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Sweet Potato Starch
  • 2 tbsp. Potato Starchㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 0.25 cup Garlic, Sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red Pepper
  • 2 cup Onion, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Sichuan Peppercorn
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 1 cup Leeks
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Sesame

Tenderize 3 fillets of pork chop, then cut them into long strips.

In a mixing bowl, combine pork strips, cooking wine, salt, egg, soy sauce, potato starch, and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly, then marinate for 15-20 minutes.

In a cooking pan over high heat at 250°F/120°C, pour enough cooking oil. Fry marinated pork chop strips for 3 minutes, then remove pork strips from oil and drain.

Bring oil temperature to 325°F/170°C, re-fry pork strips until golden. Remove from oil and drain.

In a clean cooking pan over high heat, add garlic slices, peppercorns, and chopped onions. Stir fry several times.

Continue to add red chili slices, fried pork chop strips, chopped green garlic, sesame, and garlic powder.
