This green onion bread is tasty and easy to prepare. It is soft and fluffy and filled with flavorful green onion. Finally baked in a frying pan with some oil. The result is an outside crispy and inside soft and layered bread with a delicious filling. Enjoy for a breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour/Plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Instant yeast
  • 0.85 cup Lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 1 cup Green onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp. White sesame seeds
Directions:

Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and water and mix well.

Then add oil and knead the mixture a little until it is forming a dough. Let it rise for about an hour.

Slice the green onion thinly.

Roll out the dough and sprinkle with salt on the top. Then add cooking oil on the top.

Put the sliced green onion on the top of the dough and spread it evenly.

Fold the dough in a third and then put another third on the top of it as per the video.

Paste some oil on the top of the dough and sprinkle with salt.

Again put some sliced green onion on the top of the dough evenly and then fold the dough in a third.

When done, roll the dough carefully to spread the onion filling inside properly.

Paste some water on the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put the dough into a big frying pan with some oil on the bottom and fry it until golden brown.
