Peeling mango: Peel off the skin of ripe mango and cut into 1/2 inch slices.

Making a flambé: Heat up a pan on medium heat. Add some butter, brown sugar in
the pan and stir well. Add mango in and shake up the pan until the mango is coated
and caramelized. After the sauce is thickened, add some dark rum and gently stir a
bit more before turning off the heat.

Plating: Pour the mango flambé in the plate. Add some vanilla ice cream and top it off
with some mint for decoration.
