Tangerine marmalade: Slice the tangerines.
Then cut off the top of it.
Cut the slices. Pour in some tangerine juice.
Add in the ratio 1:1:1 - sliced tangerine, tangerine juice, and sugar.
Tangerines are not strong-flavored fruit, so if you want to have a more spicy taste, you can add lemon juice. And finally, pour sugar on top and it's done.
When the sugar is melted and the marmalade is done. You can make delicious drinks with it.
