Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Boneless chicken thighs, cut into large pieces
  • Marinate
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking wine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup Flour
  • Sauce
  • 0.3 cup Water
  • 0.3 cup Cooking wine
  • 0.3 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.3 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup White Vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Oyster sauce
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.5 cup Red Dried Chili

Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch.

In a mixing bowl beat egg then add cooking wine, salt flour and baking soda. drop in chicken, make sure all pieces are coated evenly.

Deep fry chicken in medium temperature, take them out. Re-fry at high temperature again until golden and crispy.drain oil.

Combine all ingredients for sauce in a small bowl, mix thoroughly.

In a skillet, at medium heat, stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, add in sauce mixture, heat until bubbling.

Stir in chicken. Turn over several times.

Sprinkle with small pieces green onion on top. Enjoy!
