Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Pickles
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 3 cup Cooking Oil
  • 0.7 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Dill
  • 0.5 tsp. Baking powder
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Minced Onion

Slice pickles.

In a large bowl, add flour, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder, chopped dill and baking powder. Whisk in an egg and milk. Mix well.

Coat the pickles with mixed powder and breadcrumbs. Coat well.

Warm up a large pot on high heat with cooking oil, heat up to 356ºF / 180ºC. Put in coated pickles. Fry until it turns golden brown. Transfer to the serving plate and dip the sour cream.
