  • 3.5 oz. Shiitake mushroom
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt to Taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 cup Cheese

Preheat the oven to 400℉ (200°C).

Cut zucchini lengthwise and scoop the pulp out with a spoon.

Combine the chopped the zucchinis pulp chopped shiitake, cream cheese, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and spread the filling evenly into the zucchinis skin.
