Talk about versatile… this Char Siu pork belly can do it all! The secret is all in the marinade. We bake the pork and reduce the extra marinade to create a tangy-sweet barbecue-style sauce. This sauce can top the meat in any dish, and you won’t be leaving any leftovers. Thinly slice the pork for ramen or rice, or chop it into strips for a taco or sandwich.   • 3/4 cup Agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup Chinese barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Rose wine
  • 1/3 cup Cane sugar
  • tbsp. Ground bean sauce
  • tbsp. Sweet bean sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Red yeast rice powder
  • 3 Stalks Green onions, cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • 1 oz. Ginger, sliced

[To make the marinated sauce] Take a large bowl and pour the following seasonings into the bowl one by one: nectar, barbecued pork sauce, apple cider vinegar, rose wine, cane sugar, Zhu Hou sauce, ground black soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and red rice powder, stir well.
