Ingredients:
  • 7 Oz White Pomfret 
  • Marinade
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt
  • 3 stalks Chopped Green Onion
  • 5 pcs Sliced Ginger
  • 2 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine 
  • 0.25 tsp. White Pepper
  • Batter
  • 0.75 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup Corn Starch
  • 0.5 tsp. Yeast 
  • 0.25 tsp. Baking Powder 
  • 0.25 tsp. Salt 
  • 0.75 cup Water 
  • 1 tsp. Cooking Oil 
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 0.5 oz. Diced Green And Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Pepper Salt Powder

Remove bone and cut the fish into sticks. Place them in a mixing bowl.

All the marinade ingredients and mix well. Marinate fish sticks for 30 minutes.

Cover marinated fish sticks with batter, dip in the heated oil pan, and fry to light brown. When all done, fry again quickly for 30 seconds at 300°F/150°C until a golden brown.

In the wok, add  butter to melt. Then add diced green and red bell pepper, and stir fry until fragrant.

Add fried fish sticks, a pinch of salt, and white pepper in the wok. Quickly stir to mix well.

Serve immediately.  When it's cold, it's not as crisp.
