Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Beef loin
  • 1 tbsp. Red Whine [Marinade]
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce [Marinade]
  • 1 count Egg [Marinade]
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper [Marinade]
  • 1 tsp. Sugar [Marinade]
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch [Marinade]
  • 1 lb. Rolled(Instant) Oats
  • 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise

Slice the beef against the grain into 2x3 inch pieces, then tenderize each piece separately.

In a mixing bowl, combine beef, red wine, soy sauce, egg, sugar, and starch. Toss to coat evenly.

Coat each piece of marinated beef with rolled oats. Set aside.

In cooking pan, bring enough cooking oil to 250-300°F/120-150°C until slightly golden. Take them out from the oil and wait for a few minutes until the oil temperature reached 375 °F / 190°C.

Re-fry at a higher temperature until golden.

Drizzle mayonnaise on top and serve immediately.
