Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lb. Chicken Breasts
  • 7 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 0.3 cup Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Basil
  • 0.1 cup Cherry Tomato
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 0.5 tsp. Pepper

Preheat oven to 395°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt and pepper.

In a skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil. Add the chicken in and cook until golden on the bottom. And flip chicken breasts.

In the same skillet, add butter, onion, garlic and let cook until fragrant. Add a cup of heavy cream, basil, cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Put some Mozzarella cheese on the top and transfer skillet to the oven. Bake at 395°F / 200°C for 25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked through.

Garnish with basil and serve.
