Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. Cantonese style sausage, thinly sliced
  • 10 oz. Cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking wine
  • 2 count Eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup Onion, diced
  • 0.5 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 0.25 cup Peas
  • 0.25 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp. Minced green onion, to taste
  • 1 tsp. Ground black pepper,

In a large cooking pan over high heat, add about 1 tbsp cooking oil, and saute sausage until sizzling.

Lower the heat to medium, add in cooking wine and egg liquid, and gently pulling the egg liquid until thickened.

Add onions and carrots. Stir fry for a minute.

Add rice, stir to combine, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, peas, and corn kernels. Stir until mixed thoroughly.

Add minced green onion and ground black pepper, and stir to mix. Remove from heat and serve at once.
