Ingredients:
  • 1 count Bread
  • 270 g Chicken Leg Quarters, Boneless
  • 1 oz. Portobello Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 oz. Shallot
  • 1 oz. Garlic
  • 1.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 slice Prosciutto
  • 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Chop the chicken thighs into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl. Seasoning with salt and pepper.

Slice the Portobello mushrooms. Mince the garlic and onion. Transfer to a bowl.

Warm the skillet to mid-high heat and pour 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add chicken in. Flip and cook until chicken breasts turn to golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and shallot. Add sliced mushroom. Pour in 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Cook it well.

Cut the bread into 2 pieces. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Spread butter across both sides. Add bacon on both sides.

Put the cooked mushroom and cream on the top. Add cheese. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve.
