Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 500 g Brussels Sprout
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 4 oz. Canned Tuna
  • 0.5 cup Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.25 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1.5 tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

In a large pot, add some water and sugar, boil brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. Drain it and set aside.

Slice onion. Warm the large skillet with medium-high heat, add olive oil, sliced onion. Stir-fry well.

In the same skillet, add tuna, season with salt and pepper. Add brussels sprout, halved grape tomatoes in. Fry for a while.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk milk, nutmeg, soy sauce and tomato paste. Mix well. Pour into the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the oven, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, sprinkle shred cheese on top then bake again at the same degree for another 10 minutes.
