Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 12 Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp. Ginger, Sliced
  • 0.25 cup Green Onions, cut into about 1.5 inch
  • 2 tbsp. Rice Wine
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp. Crystal Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 0.25 tsp. White Sesame

In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and pan-fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.

Add sliced ginger, chopped green onion, rice cooking wine, soy sauce, water and crystal sugar, lower the heat a little, continue cooking for 10-12 minutes until the liquid is almost gone.
