  • 0.25 cup Water [Pancake]
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Green Onion [Pancake]
  • 1 tbsp. Butter [Pancake]
  • 3 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 8 oz. Thinly Sliced Beef Rolls
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 oz. Onion, Julienned
  • 1 oz. White Button Mushroom, Sliced
  • 1 oz. Red And Green Bell Pepper, Julienned
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Maggi Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper, A Pinch

In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour and salt; mix well. Then, add water and mix well. Transfer to a work surface and knead a few times to form a smooth ball.

Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap, and allow to rest for 60 minutes at room temperature.

Divide dough into two even pieces. Working one ball at a time, roll out into a long sheet roughly 2-inches (5-cim) in diameter on a lightly floured surface.

Brush the surface with melted butter, roll the sheet into a thin rectangular sheet about 4x8-inches (10x20-cm) size, scatter minced green onion on top, and roll up like a jelly roll again. Roll into a spiral.

Brush the surface with melted butter; press and roll spiral dough into a 6-inch disk. Repeat steps three and four with remaining pancakes.

On a Teppan cooking top, add cooking oil and cook the pancake until both sides are golden brown.

On the Teppan cooking top, add cooking oil and pan-fry the thinly sliced beef rolls until no more pink.

Then add minced garlic, minced green onion, julienned onion, sliced mushrooms, julienned red and green bell pepper, Mirin, soy sauce, Maggi soy sauce, honey, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir fry until completely mixed.

Top the green onion pancake with the stir fried beef and vegetable. Serve immediately.
